  1. Shipping Timeframes:

At North Andes Coffee GmbH, we make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped promptly. Please consider the following expected delivery timeframes:

- Within Germany: up to 7 business days.

- Inside the EU: up to 12 business days.


  1. Shipping Costs:

The shipping cost will be based on the box size, weight, and destination. These costs will be clearly displayed to customers during the checkout process after entering the shipping address. Our shipping rates are as follows:


- Germany: 

  - €4,50 excl. VAT.

  - Free shipping for all orders with a cart value above €69,00.

  - Delivery duration: within 4 business days.


- Europe (Including the countries listed below):

  - €16,50 excl. VAT.

  - Free shipping for orders above €75,00.

  - Delivery duration: 7-10 business days.


  Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and Norway.


- USA:

  - €49,00 excl. VAT.

  - Delivery duration: 14-21 business days.


- Rest of the World (Including Canada and Asia):

  - €30,00 excl. VAT.

  - Delivery duration: 14-21 business days.


  1. Failed Deliveries:

While we operate in good faith and make every effort to ensure all goods are successfully delivered, there may be instances where a delivery fails due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases, we commit to reimbursing the buyer within 30 business days of the non-delivery.


  1. Roasting Information:

All of our coffee is freshly roasted within 7 days before shipping, unless mentioned otherwise.



  1. Shipment Tracking:

All our shipments are insured and can be fully tracked. We primarily use DHL/DPD, amongst other reliable shipping services, to ensure your package reaches you safely.
